1. Description of Service
Myelin Engine is a Slack-integrated tool for facilitating anonymous workplace communication, sentiment analysis, and leadership insight routing.
2. User Conduct
Users may not use Myelin Engine to:
- Harass, threaten, or target individuals or groups.
- Engage in illegal activities.
- Share personally identifiable information (PII) of others without authorization.
3. Billing and Subscriptions
- Myelin Engine offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise tiers.
- Paid tiers are billed on a monthly cycle.
- Workspaces may receive a 14-day trial before paid features are restricted.
- Free tier limits apply as documented in-product.
- No refunds are provided for partial billing months unless required by law.
4. Limitation of Liability
Myelin Engine is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including workplace disputes or employment actions arising from app usage.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate workspaces that violate these Terms, Slack policies, or Slack Acceptable Use requirements.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Myelin Engine after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
